Day 1: Zurich

Discover Zurich: Begin your journey in Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city. Explore the old town (Altstadt) with its narrow, winding streets, visit the impressive Grossmünster church, and take a stroll along Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most exclusive shopping streets.

Optional Excursion: Take a short train ride to Uetliberg Mountain for a panoramic view of Zurich and the surrounding area.

Day 2: Zurich to Lucerne

Travel to Lucerne: Take a train to Lucerne, a charming city surrounded by mountains and located on the shores of Lake Lucerne.

Explore Lucerne: Wander through the historic old town, cross the Chapel Bridge, and visit the Lion Monument. Spend the afternoon taking a boat ride on Lake Lucerne or visiting the Swiss Transport Museum.

Optional Excursion: Ride the cogwheel railway to Mount Pilatus or take the cable car to Mount Titlis for an alpine experience.

Day 3: Lucerne to Lungern

Journey to Lungern: Head to the picturesque village of Lungern, located in a serene valley surrounded by mountains and a beautiful turquoise lake.

Explore Lungern: Enjoy a peaceful day in Lungern, taking in the stunning natural scenery. Go for a hike around Lake Lungern or explore the local walking trails. This is a perfect day to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Swiss countryside.

Tip: Bring a picnic and enjoy it by the lake, where the views are breathtaking.

Day 4: Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen

Travel to Interlaken: Take a train to Interlaken, the gateway to the Jungfrau region.

Explore Lauterbrunnen: Visit the Lauterbrunnen Valley, home to 72 waterfalls. Explore the village and its surroundings, including Staubbach Falls and Trümmelbach Falls. If time permits, take a cable car to the car-free village of Mürren for stunning mountain views.

Optional Excursion: Take the train to Grindelwald and explore this picturesque village nestled in the mountains.

Day 5: Return to Zurich via Bern

Travel to Bern: On your way back to Zurich, stop in Bern for a few hours. Explore the capital city’s medieval old town, visit the Zytglogge clock tower, and see the famous Bear Park.

Return to Zurich: Continue your journey back to Zurich. If time allows, explore more of the city or relax by Lake Zurich before your departure.
